100 Percent Juice Nutrition Labels
At left is a typical nutrition label with common ingredients for 100 percent juice. Not all 100 percent juices contain these ingredients, so be sure to read the label of your favorite beverage for its ingredients.
One hundred percent juices may contain the following ingredients:
1. Water
Base of juices.
2. Juice Concentrate
Juice that was manufactured as a frozen concentrate and later reconstituted.
3. Ascorbic Acid
Antioxidant preservative and flavoring agent that also can serve as a vitamin enhancer.
