A healthy diet must include an adequate fluid intake. Beverages not only quench out thirst, they re-hydrate the body while providing energy and essential nutrients. Today, there is an ever-increasing array of satisfying beverages available to meet the fluid needs of Canadian consumers.

And, of course, carbonated soft drinks offer an occasion for refreshing hydration in flavours that include diet and many caffeine-free options.
