Ready-to-Drink Tea Nutrition Labels
At left is a typical nutrition label with common ingredients for ready-to-drink teas. Not all ready-to-drink teas contain these ingredients, so be sure to read the label of your favorite beverage for its ingredients.
Ready-to-drink teas may contain the following ingredients:
1. Tea Concentrate from Tea Leaves
Tea leaves are the source of caffeine, a mild stimulant found in many plants seeds and fruits.
2. High Fructose Corn Syrup
Nutritive (caloric) sweetener.
3. Natural Flavors
Natural flavors are commonly used in many drinks to enhance taste.
