Mission Statement
The core mission of the Association is to promote the interests of the non-alcoholic beverage industry in Canada by:
- Achieving commercially responsible regulations and public policy at all levels of government that provide the industry with consistent business rules within a level playing field, that allows the sector flexibility to innovate and that maintains control of industry-developed programs.
- Fostering a positive media and public image by profiling the leadership, contributions and products of the Canadian beverage industry.
- Acting as the effective industry spokesperson with government and media to promote the interests of the sector on common industry issues

- promoting beverages as an integral part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle
- supporting the appropriate recycling of beverage packaging through efficient and cost-effective recovery systems
- promoting product innovation and availability to meet consumer demand
